FORT BROWN – The SAPS at Fort Brown in the Eastern Cape are appealing to any person who can assist in locating the relatives of a person who identifies himself as Sipho Edward Hlophe who was born on the 13th March 1966.

The individual who appears to be mentally challenged also stated to police officers that he is from Ndunduma in KwaZulu Natal.

“Sipho” was found wandering along ECCA pass today. He was brought to the Police station. He is currently at a local Hospital undergoing observation.
