SAPS Humewood seek next of kin

GQEBERHA – SAPS Humewood detectives are seeking the communities’ assistance in tracing the next of kin of a woman whose body was found in South End, this morning.

It is reported that at approximately 06:45, SAPS Humewood responded to a complaint of a body found near South End. On arrival, a body of an unknown woman was found near the South End museum. The woman had no visible injuries and the cause of death is unknown at this stage.

The deceased was dressed in brown pants, black track suit top and bears a tattoo of a cross behind her right ear. The woman’s age is estimated to between 35 and 39.

An Inquest case is under investigation. Anyone who can assist in tracing the family of the person or may be able to identify the deceased is asked to contact SAPS Humewood on 041 504 5000/18/19/20 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or the nearest police station or send information via MySAPS App. All information received will be treated as confidential and callers may opt to remain anonymous.
