WESTERN CAPE – On Wednesday 7 August 2019 at approximately 20:15, a house robbery was perpetrated in Duignam Road Kalk Bay, where three male suspects held the occupants of the premises at gunpoint.

The suspects made off with jewellery, a cellular telephone, an Apple Ipod and various other valuables.

Muizenberg SAPS traced the cell phone, which led them to a location in Wynberg. Here, members from the Crime Prevention Unit arrested a 30-year-old suspect, who was found to be in possession of the stolen cell phone, Ipod, jewellery and an amount of cash.

Further investigation led to the recovery of a BMW, which SAPS believe was used in the house robbery.
