Our endeavours to ensure that drug dealers are brought to book paid off during the early hour of this morning in Mitchells Plain when a 35-year-old man was arrested on a charge of dealing in drugs. At around 03:00 this morning Mitchells Plain police executed a search warrant at a residence in Korhaan Street Rocklands where an assortment of drugs comprising 16 packets of tik, 252 units of heroin and 95 mandrax tablets as well as a substantial amount of cash believed to be the proceeds of drug trafficking were found. Once charged, the suspect is due to make a court appearance in Mitchells Plain on a charge of dealing in drugs.
