DURBAN – A 37 year old suspect is expected appear in the Mpumalanga Magistrate’s Court today, for possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition. This follows his arrest yesterday by the police officers from Pinetown. The suspect was arrested at Unit 1 in Mpumalanga Township during an intelligence driven operation. He was found in possession of an unlicensed firearm and 13 rounds of ammunition. The suspect was immediately put under arrest and charged for possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
