POTCHEFSTROOM – Maganya Mtambala (42) reappeared before the Delareyville Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 19 August 2022, for dealing in drugs. He was remanded in custody until Wednesday, 24 August 2022, for a formal bail application.

Mtambala was arrested on Friday, 12 August 2022, during an operation by Provincial Organised Crime. This after information was received and operationalised about the suspect who was part of a syndicate allegedly selling drugs in and around Delareyville. The accused was eventually arrested after being found in possession of crystal meth and mandrax tablets with estimated street value of R4000.00. He made the initial court appearance on Tuesday, 16 August 2022.
