Uwandre Franklin Johannes (31) is sought by the Port Nolloth Police in connection with a case of rape that occurred on 11 March 2016.

The suspect was arrested, received bail and later failed to appear before the Regional Court on 14 December 2017. The suspect is originally from Hopetown and was allegedly last seen in Roodepan, Kimberley.
