Well - known 98 - year - old resident of the Oshikoto Region , Justina Kakoto Haihambo , died at her house at Ondjokwe village on Tuesday . Self - proclaimed prophetess Haihambo who has been battling ill health for a while , died around 09h00 at her house known locally as the ' House of God ' in the Onankali area . Confirming the incident , Namibian Police crime investigations coordinator for Oshikoto , Deputy Commissioner Titus Ekandjo said : ' It is alleged that the elderly woman died around morning hours after being unwell for a while and she is said to have never visited a hospital for treatment .'
