Wentworth police station temporarily closed

KWAZULU-NATAL – All communities serviced by the Wentworth police station are advised that this police station has been temporarily evacuated due to two members who tested positive for the Covid-19 virus.

The Community Service Centre and essential services will now operate from the Parkhome on the premises in front of the building which is not far from the Community Service Centre for the convenience of the community.

To access the station the community can call 10111 for all emergencies and the police station on 031 451 6240/41/42/10 for complaints which will be attended to accordingly. The management want to assure the community that service delivery will not be hampered during this temporary period.

The building will be decontaminated and services will resume normally at the station on Friday 17 December 2021.

The SAPS management apologises for any inconvenience that may arise from this move. The Station Commander Col van Zyl can also be contacted on 082 557 8109.
