When buying with MallforAfrica and paying with PayPal you no longer have to pay for return shipping

PORTLAND, Oregon, July 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — MallforAfrica (MFA), Africa’s largest e-commerce company which provides African consumers access to billions of items to purchase from the US and UK, announced today that its Nigerian customers who pay through PayPal on specific e-commerce sites with the MallforAfrica app will now receive free return shipping.

The exclusive promotion allows customers to return items when using the MallforAfrica app when paid for using PayPal. If dissatisfied, return unused item with PayPal receipt (either printed or on mobile) to nearest MallforAfrica pickup location within 2 days of delivery. MFA will send back the item and cover return shipping costs (up to a value of $20 per eligible transaction).

“Our customers enjoy having PayPal as a payment option,” said Chris Folayan, CEO, MallforAfrica. “We always aim to simplify the purchasing process and ensure customer satisfaction.”

MallforAfrica provides Africans a platform to purchase items directly from over 180 of the best international online retailers including Net-A-Porter, Carters, GAP, FarFetch – companies that, otherwise, would be inaccessible to Africans. MFA manages every aspect of the order process, offering its customers a simple, secure, and convenient solution to online shopping.

“According to Ipsos research conducted on behalf of PayPal last year in 29 countries across the world, free return shipping is top potential driver for cross-border shopping for 38% consumers globally. Hence, we are more than happy to exclusively partner with MallforAfrica to address this notion and provide Nigerian shoppers with more shopping confidence,” says Efi Dahan, General Manager Africa and Israel at PayPal.

PayPal offers a secure, easier way to make payments online, using encrypted technologies to protect financial information. Creating a PayPal account is free and only requires an email and password.
