He was sentenced on Tuesday, 14 August 2018 at Tsomo Regional Magistrate&#8217;s Court. The accused was found guilty of murder after he shot and killed 27-year-old man Magunya Masoko on 05 January 2011 at about 06:00 at Mahlubini locality, Xilinxa Village, Ngqamakhwe.<\/P><P>Both accused and the victim were in a traditional ceremony on the morning in question. It is alleged that the deceased assaulted the accused with an open hand. The accused drew his firearm, shot and killed the victim.
