PORT ALFRED – James\nMills a former resident of Port Alfred has been missing since Tuesday, 24 March\n2020. He was last seen in walking on the streets of Port Alfred on Wednesday\nand Thursday. He is suffering from epilepsy. He is approximately 1.6 meters in\nheight and well built. He has no money, food or phone and does not have his\nepilepsy medication. His family members are extremely concerned for his\nwellbeing and safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
