Chinese President Xi\nJinping is offering support and resources to African countries, especially\nSouth Africa, in their fight to control the COVID-19 epidemic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
China state media\nsaid Xi recounted during a Wednesday phone call with South African\nPresident Cyril Ramaphosa how South Africa reached out to Beijing to\noffer support in the early stages of China\u2019s coronavirus\nbattle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Xi said China will\nshare its experience in trying to prevent and control the coronavirus\nand strengthen the cooperation with South Africa in\nhealthcare. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Xi is also urging\nChinese nationals in South Africa to lend their support to the country’s\nanti-epidemic initiatives. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
