SAPS Kabega Park\ndetectives is seeking the community\u2019s assistance in tracing a woman who dumped\na new born baby in bushes in Westbrook in the Kabega Park area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to video\nfootage, on 26 April 2020 at 09:35, a maroon Haval H1 stopped near an open\nfield\/bushes near the school in Westbrook. A woman alighted from the driver\u2019s\nside of the vehicle and was seeing throwing a black bag in the bushes and\nthereafter drove off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On 2 May 2020 at about\n11:10, a vagrant was rummaging through the rubbish bags and found the naked\nbaby boy between clothing. The body was already decomposing. A post mortem will\nbe held to determine the exact cause death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An inquest docket is\nopened and police are looking the woman in the video footage. Anyone who can\nassist in tracing her is asked to contact D\/Sgt Chantall Joubert at\nSAPS Kabega Park on 041 3976856 or 082 739 5959<\/p>\n\n\n\n
