The suspects then took just over R 100 000 in cash before they fled the scene in their getaway vehicle.<br \/>\nInformation was received that the suspects fled the scene in a black Navara towards Umbumbulu. A joint operation comprising of the K9 Unit, ET Rapid Response and Hawks members from the Durban Serious Organised Crime unit was swiftly conducted.<br \/>\nThe suspects\u2019 vehicle was spotted in Umbumbulu area by ET Rapid Response members and the suspects allegedly fired shots towards the security guards who retaliated resulting in one suspect being fatally wounded.
