Government will on Thursday, 19 March 2015 hold an Official Memorial Service in honour of the Minister for Public Service and Administration, Ohm Collins Chabane who passed on in a tragic car accident together with two of his protectors on Sunday morning.
\nDeputy President of the Republic of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa will deliver a key note address at the official memorial service of Minister Chabane.
\nPolice Minister Nkosinathi Nhleko, the National Commissioner, General Riah Phiyega, the management and staff of the South African Police Service will also hold an Official Memorial Service in remembrance of two of its members, Sergeants Lesiba Sekele and Lawrence Lentsoane.

\nVenue: SAPS Tshwane Academy, Rebecca Street, Pretoria-West.
\nMemorial Service for Minister Chabane
\nTime: 12pm
\nVenue: Tshwane Events Centre in Pretoria.
\nMinisters who are expected to attend the memorial services are the following:
\nMinister of Water and Environment Edna Molewa
\nMinister of Public Works Thulas Nxesi
\nMinister of Basic Education Angie Motshekga
\nMinister of Communication Faith Muthambi and
\nDeputy Minister of Public Service and Administration, Ayanda Dlodlo
\nMourners attending the memorial services are requested to be seated 15 minutes before the start of proceedings.
