Youth from different churches rallied together today in Ext 21 and engaged in a march against gangsterism in the Northern areas. As part of the Youth Day celebrations, the youth thereafter participated in various codes sport against each other. Youth leaders from the churches delivered messages of hope to the teenagers and young adults that attended. The messages centred on setting personal goals and working towards the achievement of their goals. The youth were also encouraged to engage in various codes of sport and to get involved in community projects that uplift and promote the wellbeing of all those living in areas plagued by gang violence.
