Glen and Harrismith police stations closed due to COVID-19 related incidents

FREE STATE – The police stations in Glen and Harrismith are closed after members tested positive for Covid-19 virus.
The communities serviced by the said police stations are advised that the Community Service Centres will temporarily operate as follows:
Glen SAPS:
CSC will operate from the police house next to the police station. For emergency Acting Station Commander, WO Groenewald can be contacted at 082 968 3678.
Harrismith SAPS:
CSC will operate from the same building at Crime Prevention hall; Emergency number to be used: Station Commander, Colonel Sanyaka can be contacted at 082 455 6133 / Vispol Commander 060 976 4277 / Shift Commander 082 466 8961.
The buildings will be disinfected for the duration of the closure and members will be subjected to necessary Covid-19 related protocols.
The community will be informed once the stations are operational again.
The Provincial Commissioner of the Free State, Lt Gen Baile Motswenyane and management wishes to apologise for any inconvenience caused by these closures.
