Israeli occupation forces Sunday detained two Palestinian youths at a flying military checkpoint erected near al-Jinan neighborhood in Jenin, after physically assaulting them, according to a Red Crescent source.

Head of the Palestinian Red Crescent, Mahmoud al-Sa’adi, informed WAFA Israeli soldiers detained two youths after severally beating them. They further prevented the Red Crescent crews from providing the youths with help.

Their identities remain unknown until the moment.

This brings the total number of Palestinians detained since early Tuesday to 20.
