Police Launch Massive Manhunt After Two Business Robberies in Dennilton

Pretoria: The Police in Dennilton, under Sekhukhune district, have initiated investigations into two business robberies that occurred on the evening of Friday, 03 October 2025.

According to South African Police Service, the first incident took place around 20:30 at a tavern in Kirkvorsfontein village. The victim, along with two employees, was outside when an unknown man entered. Mistaking him for a customer, the complainant followed the man inside, where he was confronted by a firearm and demands for money. Another armed accomplice soon joined, commanding the victim and employees to sit down. The robbers made off with an undisclosed amount of money and a tablet phone.

In a separate incident at 19:49, a supermarket in Moutsiya Mall was targeted. A suspect overpowered the security guard at the entrance, allowing four accomplices to enter. The group threatened employees, ordering them to lie down while they seized cash and cigarettes before escaping.
