Police seek next of kin of unidentified man found in blue Horizon Bay

PORT ELIZABETH – SAPS Kabega Park detectives are seeking the community’s assistance in tracing the next of kin of an unidentified male whose body was found on the N2 Off ramp from Blue Horizon Bay freeway on 10 August 2020.
It is alleged that at about 11:00 on the mentioned date, police responded to a complaint of an unknown person lying next to the barbwire fence in the grass. He was topless and bare feet only wearing a black track suit pants. The body was already decomposing. He may be a Coloured or an African adult male. Age could not be determined.
An inquest docket was opened for investigation.
