A suspect who is accused of brokering a deal to the value of R780 000 for the purchase of a house in Pacaltsdorp, Western Cape during the period of 2018 has been arrested on 17 March 2021.

The 31-year-old male is being accused of three counts of fraud, forgery and uttering for having falsely paying a deposit amount of R300 000 into the complainants account using Standard Bank fabricated documents.

The suspect is expected to appear at the George Regional court on 08 April 2021.
