LEJWELEPUTSWA DISTRICT – In celebration of Women’s Month, policewomen conducted a Tracing operation within Lejweleputswa District Policing precinct.

On the 18 August 2022 from 17:00 until 21:00, female police officials conducted a tracing operation focusing on the District’s most wanted suspects

44 suspects were arrested on charges of burglary residential, assault GBH, theft, warrant of arrest for possession of drugs, assault common, malicious damage to property, house breaking and theft, intimidation, contravention of protection order, fraud, warrant of arrest for assault GBH and Assault Common Domestic Violence.

The suspects will appear at different Magistrate courts around the Lejweleputswa District.

The District Commissioner of Lejweleputswa, Maj Gen Lerato Molale applauded all women in blue who were involved in this tracing operation which yielded so much successes.
